The lodge comprises a spacious open plan living area with TV, DVD & CD. Kitchen area includes washing machine & dishwasher. Lounge & dining area leads onto a large furnished decked area with breathtaking views of High Street & Froswick fells.Gas central heating & double glazing make the property ideal for holidays all year round.

Our modern fully equiped kitchen area boasts electric oven with gas hob & extractor, washing machine, dishwasher, seperate fridge & full size freezer. Kettle, toaster, coffee machine, microwave, slow cooker and small extras including picnic ware & Thermos flask. The lodge has two bedrooms, one double with large walk in wardrobe , en-suite shower room, WC & sink. The second bedroom is twin also with large walk in wardrobe. In addition there is a family sized bathroom with bath, shower over, WC & sink.

A large selection of toys, games & DVD's are provided. All fuel, bedlinen & towels are provided plus private parking at lodge. A travel cot is available at no extra cost, however you must bring your own linen & bedding for this. Strictly no smoking & no pets.
